Shared living spaces include sitting room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room/pantry, garage, large garden/patio space & parking.

Current tenants are a teacher, and a publisher and engineer - one boy two girls.
We are easy going, just looking for someone who is fairly quiet and respectful.
