Situated on Mill End Road in the Cherry Hinton area our property is on the doorstep of Addenbrooke's Hospital and near Cambridge City Centre.

The property has furnished double rooms available. The house also benefits from a spacious living room, 1 bathroom and 1 WC.

Each room is furnished with a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table.

For those with bikes there is parking and storage areas at the rear of the house along with a fantastic garden. Our property benefits from a drive for parking and no licenses/permits are required.

Mill End Road has a variety of local shops nearby including Tesco, recreational and sports facilities are a few minutes walk away.

All bills are included. We also provide each room with a Netflix subscription. The property comes with a regular cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.

We also do not take deposits for our rooms!
