The house has a sitting room and fully equipped kitchen diner. Amenities include a TV, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Bi-fold doors open out onto the decking area of an enclosed and private garden. There is also rear garden access and a shed for secure bike storage. Storage is plentiful for food and other items. High-speed broadband included in rent along with all other bills.

The local area is nice with multiple shops and other amenities nearby, along with parks and a nature reserve. There are two multiple bus routes into the city centre, along with great bike routes. A degree of off road parking is also available. The property is well placed to commute to places like Addenbrooke's Hospital or ARM

We are looking for a tidy, professional (no part time or shift work) non-smoker as a flatmate who keeps reasonable hours. We are pretty busy so tend cook separately but share a common kitty for consumables to stop the place being too cluttered.

The garden is maintained by me and the owner of the property but you are happy to get involved with growing your own plants and making full use of the garden. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.
