The room is large and furnished with a bed. There are built in wardrobes, drawers and storage.
The house is shared with three other respectful professionals.
The room is a large double with a bathroom shared with just one other. (Shower and bath)
There is a fully furnished communal kitchen and living areas with underfloor heating. Kitchen with dishwasher, utility with washing machine and tumble drier. There's a lovely paved garden area. There is off street parking at the front of the property.
We are looking for a clean and tidy, non smoking professional to share with us. Currently to share with 1 male and 2 females.
Rent includes all bills and broadband

It's ideally situated close to Addenbrookes and ARM. It has many local amenities including a supermarket and gym within walking distance.
