The furnished SINGLE bedroom (2.9x2.28m) - Upstairs- £635 pcm inc all bills and twice a month cleaning. Fully furnished including very conformable single bed with mattress, desk & chair, open wardrobe.

Each room has the individual key to their own doors and all of the rooms are installed with individual fire alarms as well as in the landing areas.

There are 2 shower rooms in the house (upstairs and downstairs respectively) - so no long queues in the morning!
