Large single room in my house

Large furnished room in 2 bed house sharing with retired female artist . We are a friendly but quiet household, conversation shared. Room furnished with small double bed, desk, wardrobe a chest of drawers, nice view of garden and morning sun.
You would share the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing and cooking facilities and living/TV room. Use of quite wild garden and patio.
All bills included. Broadband included..
We would share the cleaning,
Let’s up to 3 months or shorter one to two weeks. I would take a deposit of 1 months for 3 month let
