A double room close to ARM/Addenbrooke's hospital

As one girl will move out at the end of April. I am looking for a female professional who is tidy, respectful, and friendly someone who enjoys a peaceful, homely atmosphere to take over the girl in the large double room in a spacious, fully-furnished house in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge (CB1 9YL).
Location: It just opposite the ARM! Or 10 min cycle to Addenbrooke's hospital, and very close to Bus stop route 1 & 3, and TESCO.
You’ll be sharing with 2 friendly professional ladies in the 4bedroom detached house. The house is bright, clean and very well-kept, with plenty of communal space:
Large living room which is connected to a conservatory. Dining room. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, utensils, plates, cutlery, cleaning items etc.). Storage areas. Ground-floor guest toilet. Garage. Garden (with gardening tools if you enjoy a bit of garden time!). Driveway parking for two cars. The house is fully furnished and ready to move into just bring your essentials!
About the Room:

• Desk/table
Rent has included Council tax & TV license.
Bills (shared by 3 people) average approx:
• £50/month per person in summer
• £80/month per person in winter (depending on heating use)
