We are looking for a wonderful human to share the house with.

Located in Cherry Hinton, it's a 5 min cycle to the big Tesco, 10 min to the train station and 15 min from city centre.

The entire house has been newly refurbished, with a new roof, well-maintained private garden and all brand new appliances.

* Kitchen - Modern and spacious, with a gas hob and integrated fridge and freezer units.
* Living room - Spacious, new 6 seater sofa, LG G2 OLED 65" smart TV, and a custom surround sound system to match. New solid oak wooden flooring.
* Bathroom- Newly refurbished upstairs bathroom. Separate toilet and utility room on the ground floor as well.

We currently share the house with Jesse and Stephan as well, and we're looking for another tidy, considerate housemate who will share responsibility for keeping common areas clean taking out bins etc.

Our neighbours are a family with children and a mid-aged couple, so we will need to be respectful in terms of noise.
