Room:
Although a small room it fits a double bed which comes with comfy new mattress and black out window curtains. The room includes bills, in particular council tax and broadband. Happy to provide fresh bedding if requested. There are a couple of chests of drawers with a hanging cupboard just outside the room. You will have use of downstairs study room or this could be shared space or a guest room. (Happy to look at getting a wardrobe in the room if guest would rather.)

Shared spaces: Bathroom with shower over, separate downstairs shower room and toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, condensing drier and washing machine, Lounge with dining area and TV. Great little quiet rear garden, with patio and clothes windmill. It has an impressive small bird life and is great sun trap in the summer. Front has parking area, and also shed for bike storage.

Current tenants: Friendly, easy going professionals, (one male, one female) who value peace and quiet and a clean orderly environment. Would welcome you to join them in sharing this fantastic space.

Area: Easy access to bus stops to Addenbrookes, Papworth hospitals and ARM . The train station is only 17 min by bike, Addenbrookes 16 mins, the town centre is 19 mins and Tescos only 4 mins.
Citi 1 bus stop is 3mins walk and Citi 3 bus 10 mins walk.
