My current flatmate is moving out to live with their partner and I'm looking for someone to move in from May 6th (some wiggle room on exact dates).
The living room, kitchen and bedroom will be unfurnished as flatmate is moving out. If you have furniture you'd like to bring, brilliant! Otherwise, I'm happy to organise furnishing together.
Cherry Hinton is a lovely quiet area with good access to Addenbrookes and Cambridge City Centre.
Flat comes with 2 private parking spaces, plus plenty of extra spaces for visitors.
Share of the rent will be £725. Bills are paid in addition to this.
