I have a spacious single room to rent in a shared house.

Live out landlord, will share with other tenants. Other tenants currently residing in the house include one male university postdoc and two female professional. All bills are included. furnitured, Free fast broadband.
The property location is in Cherry Hinton. CB1. It is convenient to ARM LTD, Fulbourn TESCO and Addenbrookes hospital. Walk 5 minutes to the Chinese takeaway, Domino Pizza, library and other shops. walk 1 minutes to City 1 bus to the city center, pass train station. Runs every 10 mins.
A professional cleaner comes every second week to do the communal areas.
There are two bathrooms in the property so, you would only share a shower with two females. Suitable for one person only , a non smoking, clean ,quiet and friendly student or professional.
