Double room in vegetarian family home bills inc.

Large double room available in my family house where currently myself and my 19 year old son live. Room. furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

I work full time as an accountant and my son is studying, usually working in the living room when home, the dining room is a shared space and the living room is not.

We're a vegetarian household so no meat or fish allowed in the house. We are quite a chilled, relaxed and quiet household with regular waking/sleeping hours. We have a beautiful cat who is quite solitary and is outside the house a lot. We have a garden and outdoor seating. Free parking outside the house. We live in a quiet area of Cherry Hinton with good neighbours and easy bus links. Close to Addenbrookes. All bills included with fast WiFi.
