Double room in vegetarian family home bills inc.

Large double room available in my family house where currently myself and my 19 year old son live. I work full time as an accountant and my son is studying, usually working in the living room when home, the dining room is a shared space and the living room is not. We're a vegetarian household so no meat or fish allowed in the house. We are quite a chilled, relaxed and quiet household. We have a beautiful cat who is quite solitary and is outside the house a lot. We have a garden and outdoor seating. We live in a quiet area of Cherry Hinton with good neighbours. All bills included.
