Hello,

We have a large room available in a 3 person professional house share located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge CB1.

The house comprises of a separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet conservatory, cycle shed and garden.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws, desk & chair and a mirror. The photos don't currently show a desk and chair but we can supply one immediately if required.

House Facilities:
Unrestricted parking down cul-de-sac.
Local mini supermarket 3 mins walk away.
Tesco Express & Superstore 12 & 16 mins walk away.

A bit about us:
I am a trainee accountant working in London 2 days a week and the other housemate works for a dogs trust and is out the house a lot. We are both friendly and tidy housemates and would like to maintain this vibe. I am the owner of the house but, apart from the house feeling more homely, I would like the place to feel like a regular shared house.
