We have a large room available in a friendly and welcoming 4 person professional house share located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge CB1.
The house comprises of a separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet conservatory, cycle shed and garden.
The rooms are fully furnished with a double beds.
Location:
The house is located in Cherry Hinton, which has great transport links, such as the number 1 & 3 buses, which take you to Addenbrooke's Hospital and the centre of town. There is also unrestricted parking down cul-de-sac if you have a car. There is a local mini supermarket 3 mins walk away and a Tesco Express & Superstore 12 & 16 mins walk away.
A bit about us:
I am a trainee accountant and my female housemate works as a therapist. We will soon be welcoming our new housemate in January who works in IT. We are all very friendly and welcoming people and are also tidy housemates who would like to find people who fit this dynamic. I am the owner of the house but, apart from the house feeling more homely, I would like the place to feel like a regular shared house.
