The toilet is flushed with rainwater and the house has solar panels. If you're looking to stay somewhere with eco-credentials this will be the place!

The room is suitable for anyone working in Cambridge during the week as it's only available from Monday to Friday. The location is great for ARM, Addenbrooke's hospital, Astra Zeneca and other companies near the Cambridge railway station. There are a choice of bus stops, pubs, parks and shops within walking distance of the house.

The room is not available in the warmer months from May till August.

It will be available to rent from 19th Jan 2026 as last bit of decoration remaining.

The use of the kitchen and utility spaces will need to be agreed in advance.
We're a vegetarian/vegan family of 4 with two lovely young children. We're a friendly, fun and kind household and hope to rent the room out to a respectful and tidy person.
