The newly renovated bedroom is available from 9th March for a 2 month short-term let until 9th May 2026.

The room is on the ground floor removed from the rest of the family home giving you lots of privacy. It's a comfortable double room with a single trundle bed that can be turned into a super king.

The location is suitable for anyone working in Cambridge or nearby - it's great for ARM, Addenbrooke's hospital, Astra Zeneca and other companies near the Cambridge railway station. There are a choice of bus stops, pubs, parks and shops within walking distance of the house. It's also within cycling distance to the centre of the city.

The kitchen and utility spaces (washing machine) can be used with prior agreement. It's a family home with a living and dining room, back garden, front yard that has a bike parking space, and parking on the street.

The well insulated room and bathroom have underfloor heating and triple glazed windows, hence the cosiness. The toilet is flushed with rainwater and the house has solar panels. If you're looking to stay somewhere with eco-credentials this will be the place!

More about the housemates (us!):
We're a vegetarian/vegan family of 4 with two lovely young children who know how to respect other people's boundaries! My husband and I are also musicians, so we do have regular rehearsals with our band - we play South Asian folk fusion music. You will hopefully be in for a treat every fortnight (only weekends) :)

We're a friendly, fun, sociable and kind household and hope to rent the room out to a respectful and tidy person.
