There are a choice of bus stops, pubs, parks and shops within walking distance of the house. It's also within cycling distance to the centre of the city.

The kitchen and utility spaces (washing machine) can be used with prior agreement. It's a family home with a living and dining room, back garden, front yard that has a bike parking space, and parking on the street.

The well insulated room and bathroom have underfloor heating and triple glazed windows, hence the cosiness. The toilet is flushed with rainwater and the house has solar panels. If you're looking to stay somewhere with eco-credentials this will be the place!
