Double bed en-suite room in a 7-bed house share

Hi! I am a current tenant and will move out end of March and I'm looking for someone to replace me from April 1st. If you like the house from the pictures then I'll put you in touch with the agency.

Quite spacious room with a nice and clean lounge/kitchen area with washing machine and dishwasher. The room has blackout curtains and the area is very quiet and residential. There is free on-street parking close to the property and space to store bicycles on the property in the back garden.

We don't have any preference on the type of person replacing me, but the agency doesn't allow couples. The house is single occupancy only but of course you're allowed visitors and friends staying with you. £875 per months includes everything (Wi-Fi, bills, council tax).
