House to share/ room renting

Hi, I’m Amazonia Arroyo,

I’m looking for a friendly and reliable housemate to share my home, as my current housemate will soon be moving out.

My housemate is willing to leave the room furnished if you’d like.

Bills are not include in the cost, here are the bills that we will be sharing - total for each of us: 1132.365 with the rent.

The house has three rooms, with the option to use one as a home office if that suits your needs. It’s a comfortable and flexible space, ideal for someone who values both work and relaxation at home.

I also have a golden retriever, he’s well-behaved, affectionate, and a great companion, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and happy to share responsibility for keeping the house clean and running smoothly.
A cooperative, team-oriented attitude matters more to me than rigid rules.
A bit about me: I work full-time (remote) and I’m currently completing an MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge, so I keep a fairly structured routine during the week.
