Spacious, bright room with private entrance

We have a spacious, well-lit room available in our three-bedroom house (bedroom 1 in the attached floor plan). The room has its own private entrance leading outside, which gives it a bit more privacy and independence. There is also off-road parking available.

At the moment, the other two rooms are occupied by me and a friend. We both graduated from the University of Cambridge and now run our own company building AI products. We are fairly relaxed and enjoy sport, exercise, healthy eating and cooking.

We are open to either an individual or a couple. We do not have a long list of expectations; we are mainly looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with. Please do note however that if you are a couple we have an added £100/month.

We are happy to share meals, cook together or socialise, but there is absolutely no pressure to do so if you prefer having your own space and living more independently.
