Very clean and tidy.

Just off Cherry Hinton High Street. (near Robin Hood public house) apx one and half miles from Addenbrookes hospital.

Arm Holdings 5 minutes walk

On both number 1&3 bus routes

Room is on the ground floor, Kitchen, microwave, cooker, washing machine plus all utensils plates pans ect. Shower room also all on same floor.
Garden with a side (lockable) gate useful for safe storage of bike. Off road parking if needed.

All of the above facilities are for the sole use of whoever rents this room

We have one very small dog but she doesn’t run free. During the day she is usually out or kept securely kept upstairs behind the safety gates.

We are clean and tidy so looking for the same
