Extremely chilled, enjoy beers, films and whatever stereo types you'd expect from a shared house.....
Pretty clean in general, have a dishwasher, which makes it fairly easy to be. All bills are included, including broadband! Fairly chilled landlord and no deposit.
15 minute cycle to town but have a bus stop (citi 1 and 3) at the end of the road which makes getting into town simple also.
