Double Room In Cherry Hiton

We have a spare room available in our house in the housing estate in Cherry Hinton, near to Fulbourn Tesco. There is good access into the centre of Cambridge and Cambridge railway station as well as close to Addenbrookes and close to A14 and M11 access. Bus routes serve nearby.

We are currently in a let due to end February 2015, with the room available from the first week in August.

The room is a good sized double room, with use of a fourth bedroom as a study/store room as well. House has all amenities, kitchen with all appliances as well as Virgin Media package, broadband and a good sized garden. Bathroom is shared with one other housemate. There is a good sized living area with an entrance room as well as a large living room. There is also a garage for storage.

Current tenants are both professionals, working in the local area. Both of us play sports and enjoy socialising in Cambridge.
