Unfurnished double room in a shared detached house in Cherry Hinton. Three miles from Cambridge and less than half a mile from a large supermarket, the house is also convenient for buses, the train station and is a 10 minute cycle from Addenbrookes. We are also very close to several parks and green spaces.

All bills are included in the rent, including Sky TV, unlimited broadband/wifi, council tax and all utilities.

The house has parking, a garden and garage and is off the main road and backs onto a small park area. The room itself is on the first floor, with a shared kitchen, living room and dining room on the ground floor.
