Single room to let near the train station

Hello,

I leave my room starting from the 13th of November since I leave Cambridge. My contract with the letting agency is still effective until the 24th of December. It is located in a nice and quiet house, in Cherry Hinton road at less than 5 minutes walking from the Leisure Park and 10 minutes from the train station. It is close to all amenities (groceries, postoffice, restaurants, pubs...). A bus stop is at about 1 minute walking.

It comes with drawers and two shelves. A TV and double bed which I sell if the new tenant is interested in keeping it.

There is a nice garden and a parking at the backyard.

Two kind and quiete professionals are living there.
