We have a room available in a 4-person professional house share located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge CB1.

The house comprises of a separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet, cycle shed and garden.

Room Pricing:
£695 per month plus bills (gas, electricity & internet)
An additional £35 per month covers Council Tax, Water Rates, TV Licence & Gardening service.

The rooms is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws, desk & chair and a mirror.

Unrestricted parking down cul-de-sac
Local mini supermarket 3 mins walk away
Tesco Express & Superstore 12 & 16 mins walk away

A Bit About You:
Please message us if you’re a professional non-smoker and can start the tenancy within a month, staying for a minimum of six months (preferably a year). The rooms are only available to singles; we cannot let to a couple as the maximum occupancy for the house is four. Please include as much information as possible in your profile. We’re unlikely to respond if your profile is left blank.

We’re Jeffrey & Victoria, a married couple with over 20 years of experience in letting houses in Cambridge. We manage two shared houses around the city. We don't use letting agents, and you can always contact us directly about any issues. We take pride in being really quick and responsive to maintenance concerns, ensuring you have a comfortable living experience.
