We have a large double room available in a 4 bed female houseshare in a quiet part of Cherry Hinton. The room is neutrally decorated with large windows overlooking the garden. It is £695 per month all inclusive and will be available from 21st April.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and memory foam mattresses, chest of drawers and triple wardrobe. There is super fast wifi and a cleaner every second week. The house has a sunny garden and there is a shed for storing bikes.

This houseshare is well located for Marshalls and Addenbrooks. Cherry Hinton village and Fulbourn Tescos are both a 5-10 minutes walk away.

This house share would suit a friendly, tidy, working professional. The current tenants have specified they wish to share with another girl. Please note we cannot take Students and all rooms are for one person only, no couples.
