We have a double room to rent in a lovely shared house in Cambridge
The house is shared with three other respectful professionals.
The room is good sized and has a large bathroom shared with one other.
The room is furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.
There is a fully furnished communal kitchen and living areas with underfloor heating. Kitchen with dishwasher, utility with washing machine and tumble drier. There's a lovely garden area.
We are looking for a clean and tidy professional to share with us. Currently to share with 2 males and a female.
Rent includes all bills (subject to increase if utility bills increase)
Room available from 25th May with rent payable on the 25th of each month.

It's ideally situated close to Addenbrookes and ARM. It has many local amenities including a supermarket gym and park within walking distance.
