Hi! We have 1 beautiful double bedroom available in our 2-floor semi-detached house (single occupancy). We are looking for 1 professional who is looking to live in a quiet, clean, respectful and tidy household.

The house is located just off Cherry Hinton High Street, near a bus stop (4 mins walking ) and a path if you want to cycle to the town center (15 mins), also a convenient location for anyone working at Addenbrooke's.

There are also parking spaces along the street (no need to request a parking permit). The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chair, and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower and also a bathtub and is only shared with one other person. The kitchen has all the basics and your fridge will only be shared with 1 other person too. There is also a conservatory/dining room area and a good size garden. The price includes a fee to a cleaner who comes twice a month to do common areas of the house.
