Spacious double room to rent

We have a nice double room (20 sqm) in our house (CB4) to share starting January (date can be flexible). The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a large mirror, and a chair.

We are three professionals. We are after someone who is clean and tidy (it is a must) and can maintain quietness during the night. The house has a shared toilet, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room that can be used to chill, host friends, and even a sleepover!

The rent does include bills. The deposit is £467. There is a high speed internet connection.

This is a non-smoking house (you can smoke outside). The bus is 3 minutes walk from the house (City 1). City center is 20mins walk.
