Is a two bedroom house , with lots of sunlight ,
Shops are two minutes from the house, co-op, nail bar , fish n chips, Chinese , chemist, florist , hair dressers and butchers are a few ,
City centre is 10 to 15 minutes walk , or bike is 7 minutes ride along idilic river ways and parks
Buses run regular from a bus stop five minute walk away, every 10 minutes to city centre .
I would like someone who is clean and tidy respectful , non smoking
