House In Chesterton With Cat Access

This is a 2 bedroom terraced house on High Street Chesterton (CB4), managed by a private landlord.
Downstairs there is an entry hall, small kitchen with washing machine and gas oven/stove, no microwave or toaster.

The available room is warm and sunny. Partially furnished bedroom with double bed, dresser and shelving unit. Hardwood floors throughout except the stairs/landing and study, which are carpeted. Neutrally decorated. Gas central heating.
There is a small front garden with bike storage and a large back garden with paved patio space and a new shed. Free on-street parking.

House is fully furnished (incl. high speed Wifi and TV).

I am in my 40s (german, vegetarian) with 2 cats that are both well behaved and love company. Unfortunately no further pets allowed. (as per my landlady)
New housemate must therefore be cat-friendly.
