This is a refurbished 1 bed studio with en suite attached to our family home. The space has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
It is fully equipped for cooking, all pots and pans provided and all plates cutlery etc supplied.

Very comfortable double bed and all bedding and towels can be included.

A wall mounted 32” TV with Apple TV.

Fibre broadband with dedicated network

24hr hot water.

Comfortable couch, and extendable kitchen table

Laundry facilities just outside studio door.

VERY CLEAN AND WARM.

Car and bike parking also available.

Not suitable for a couple.
Dog and kids on premises.
This studio is attached to a family home and so it won’t be for everyone and anonymity won’t be possible, but of course privacy guaranteed. Our last renter has been with us for three years and we now consider family.-If this fills you with horror this isn’t the place for you.
