Double Room Available in Chesterton

We are a friendly family of 3, me, my wife and our daughter of 9 years old.
We have a double room to rent.
Our house is in a good location.
- 3min from Tesco Express.
- 19min walking or 6min cycling from Cambridge North Train Station. (Google Maps)
- 26min walking or 8min cycling from Science Park (Google Maps)
- 35min walking or 12min cycling from City Center. (Google Maps)

There is a garage for your bike. We live in a quiet dead-end street, if you have a car there is free parking on the street.

Also, there is a small garden where you can have some coffee or tea when the weather is nicer.

All bills included, also Netflix available.

If you like cooking or if you don't like but you have to anyway, don't worry, we have a kitchen that you can use. Also, you are going to have your own fridge.

We expect you to help us to clean the house on a regular base.

Sleepover is NOT allowed.
