Double room in a modern house

We are looking for someone who is quiet and clean to join the 🏠.
We both work long variable shift patterns in hospitality, and the majority of time spent in the house is on days off.
Large, clean common areas maintained as a house, it would be great to find another like minded individual.

- The house is located in a gated community, hence is very safe and secure.
- 10 to 15 minute cycle to the city centre.
- Cambridge North train station is VERY close as well.
- Great transport links to town, as the bus stop is JUST outside the house and take only 10 minutes to get there.
- Close to the business park

Bills must be paid on time.
Would like someone who is social with the house, but not a must.
Professionals preferred, this is not a party house.
