Fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, two freezers, professional cooker unit and plenty of kitchen storage. Very clean and tidy too!
10 min walk to the new Cambridge North train station, also 5 min walk to Co-op and 10 min Tesco Express. Bus stops are nearby, a quick 15 min cycle into town or 8 min drive! Ideal for students getting to Cambridge station (Hills Rd area) or people working near Cambridge Science Park!
A Vietnamese female tenant is preferable, however all FEMALES only are welcome to enquire. A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required (first month’s rent in advance). Minimum stay is 6 months. All bills are included: fast broadband, instant hot water + energy, double glazing. Parking and bike storage available too.
We are an inviting Vietnamese and English speaking family living in a quiet neighbourhood, but with plenty of convenience stores, pubs, cafes, pharmacies and the river Cam all within walking distance!
