Bed, wardrobe, drawers included. Opens onto a patio area for outside relaxing.
We are looking for a friendly and sociable young professional who is clean and is considerate to others (ie. knows how to wash up properly, put dishes away, clean after themselves in the kitchen etc). We have a great weekly cleaner but I do expect everyone to keep things clean between the cleaner visits. (if that all sounds too much effort then this house is not for you!)
Large, light & airy kitchen with central breakfast bar for socialising whilst cooking. Dishwasher/washing machine/tumble dryer, plenty of storage and fridge/freezer space.
There is a separate living room to relax in, stylishly decorated and furnished with sofas, chairs, wood flooring and 46" HD TV. 120Mb Virgin internet/wifi.

Rent is inclusive of regular cleaner, council tax and utility bills. The included bills are based on current usage levels but subject to review & a fair use policy in light of the current utility market volatility.
Essential that you are clean, tidy, friendly & considerate to others (no loud music, know how to wash up and clean properly etc). Non-smokers only (no `outdoor smokers` either). Deposit & references required. Single occupancy only. Guarantor may be required.
This house is fully registered under the councils Accreditation Scheme and is maintained to high standards, we expect the same care to be taken by housemates.
