Single room in professional house, excellent ppl

Hello! We have a room opening up at our house in February. We’re a household consisting of 3 people (one PhD student and two professionals). We’re located just off the river, very close to Midsummer Common and Jesus Green. The house itself has four bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen/diner, one bathroom and one additional toilet. We also have a very nice large, tidy garden space with plenty of room to store bikes and plant whatever you might wish.

The available room is a single bedroom on the first floor overlooking the garden. It includes a single bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The room will be available from the 1st of February with a minimum let of 7 months. The rent is £330.00 per month with a deposit of £400.00. Bills & council tax are not included, but they are mostly around £40.00 for the bills and £70.00 for the council tax per person per month (this includes gas, electricity, water and internet). We’re looking for professionals only in order the share the council tax with two of us.
