Friendly house, great room

Hello!

For starters, sorry the room pics are an absolute mess, I am posting this mid-packing. I will try to get it cleaned up a bit and refresh the room pics, but I am just swamped.

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my room! The sooner you can move in the better as I will be out of here this Friday. The room is fabulous, comes fully furnished besides the nights stand, bookshelf, and black shelf thing, but the landlord would happily subsidize a new nightstand. Rent is EVERYTHING INCLUDED, which is amazing considering what's going on with energy prices. The room shares a bathroom with one guy Tom, and a couple lives in the upstairs ensuite. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. I’m gonna be honest, the sun porch is a bit dinky right now and is mainly being used to store bicycle/stuff, but with a little TLC could be a nice space and without TLC still makes a quite good place to dry laundry in the summer :D
The living room is also currently setup with the furniture arranged to be able to watch a projector.

Ideally you will be a tidy person. The landlord has offered in the past to bring in a cleaner once a month for common areas, so you might be able to negotiate that with him (no promises). He is generally happy to pay for things for the house, for example before I left he was totally willing to get some furniture for the back patio and things I felt I needed in my room. He is a bit eccentric, but that seems to be the price you pay for cheap rent in Cambridge (it’s hard out here!)

Location is fantastic in my opinion. It’s about a 20 min walk/5 min cycle to Cambridge North, there’s a great middle eastern shop 2 min away and a tesco express a little further up the road. The city center is within 30 min walk, Beehive and Grafting are both about 20min walk. Location was honestly the biggest sticking point for me, especially for the good rent
