Double Room in 2 bed, 2 bath house, Cambridge

SHORT TERM RENTAL. The room is double room (with single bed) in my two bedroom house in the Chesterton area. The house is in very central location close to Cambridge city centre and Elizabeth way bridge. Both Cambridge north and central stations are a short 12 minute cycle away. The river Cam is a 5 minute walk across Logan’s meadow. The area is a relatively quiet family friendly neighbourhood.
The kitchen and 2 bathrooms will be shared. There is car parking space in the drive and a fence to lock your bike.

Rent is £850 a month. Security deposit is 1 months rent. Utilities: washing machine , dishwasher, internet and all bills are included. The rent includes council tax. The room is available for viewing virtually. Tenancy can begin 7th August. Room is non-smoking but you can smoke outside.
