Single room in sweet flat with friendly flatmates

Three young and friendly professionals looking for fourth flatmate to live in our Chesterton-based flat from 1 June.

The room is £800 per month, including bills (not including council tax and TV license, if required). Available in October.

Fairly central, only a 5-10 min cycle from town. Close to the river and nearby a convenience store.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living space. Covered outdoor lockable bike shed.

Our main requirement of a flatmate is that they are friendly, polite and clean/tidy. They must actively contribute towards housework (keeping communal spaces clean, emptying bins, loading & unloading dishwasher etc.)

Non-student preferred for council tax reasons.
