We are looking for a housemate to join two friendly women in a house-share available in Cambridge, Chesterton area, offering a Large Double Room at £575 per month [all bills included, water, electricity, internet and council tax) available from 1st September. Private landlord owned.

THE HOUSE
It is a 3 bedroom semi-detached with a large lounge/dining area, big kitchen and a large garden with a shed at the back. The house has all main facilities provided (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). Located in a residential, quiet area, close to the North Train Station. The Science Park is a 5-minute cycle away and 15 minutes to the city centre. The area is well served by busses Citi 1 and Citi 2. Local shops (Tesco express and a Co-op) are within a 10-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street at the front.

THE ROOM
The room is on the first floor, it is bright with a front yard view, shared bathroom with one other housemate. It is furnished with a double bed, some shelving and a small walk-in closet.

ABOUT YOU
You will be an adult professional (31-49 years old), non smoker, peaceful, clean and responsible, who will simply make themselves at home. We enjoy the comfort of this house and treat it as a home, enjoying each other’s company and respecting privacy and space. We keep the house clean on the rota basis, and maintain the back garden and front yard. We are looking for an individual who will ideally rent long-term (2 years +). Could be considered for someone commuting to Cambridge for work and needs a room on part-time basis during the week.
