You will be a female professional or student (30 to 50 years old).
Non smoker, sociable, clean and kind.

Minimum stay 1 year +
Rent includes all bills (water, electricity, internet and council tax band C).

The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached with a large lounge/dining area, a big kitchen and a large garden with a shed at the back. It has all main facilities (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer ).
Located in a residential, quiet area, 10min from the north train station.
Science park is a 5-minute cycle away.
15 minutes cycle to the city centre and the Universities.
The area is well served by busses, Citi 1 and Citi 2.
Local shops Tesco Express and a Co-op are within a 5-minute walk, same for pubs, Green Dragon, Milton Arms and The Golden Hind.
Free parking is available on the street at the front.
The room is located on the first floor, it is bright with a garden view, shares a bathroom with another male housemate. The room is furnished with a double bed, some shelving, chair and chest of drawers. Newly painted.
This is also ideal for someone commuting to Cambridge for work and needs a room from Mon - Fri only.
