Room to spare

Looking for someone to sublet my room for August and September. I'm moving out with the last 2 months of the lease to go. Available 6th Aug-1st Oct. The landlord is taking the place off the market for some renovations after September.

Room is ~3.2x2.5m and would come fully furnished with bed mattress (and protector), chest of drawers, wardrobe frame and desk.

£400p/m all bills included.

Rest of the house-
-good size kitchen, enough space for 2 of us cooking weeknight meals, washing machine, dishwasher (omg ikr), fridge, 2 food cupboards
-dining room
-living room, 2 sofas, tv, nice place to kick up your feet at the end of the day or host a few friends
-downstairs toilet+sink
-bathroom, shower, sink+toilet
-garden+shed (use it to keep my bike)

2 housemates are due to be abroad for most of the time, returning late September, whilst the other works full-time, so basically a house to yourself.

This is probs good for a visiting researcher at the uni, a looooong holiday in and around Cambridge, or maybe somewhere to stay between leases, I don't know, I'm just a tall boi looking for help the last bit of a lease. I work a work a full-time fieldwork job, so don't be disappointed by a delayed response, signal's not always great when you're in a field in the middle of nowhere. Hopefully looking to get this sorted before the end of July.
