Cosy cabin with en-suite bathroom

Cosy cabin in a garden with outside space , private entrance . Entrance to the room is through the side gate so its a private entrance to the garden studio Room has its own garden fenced patio as additional private area. Room itself does have fridge, microwave and lots of storage.(wi fi, energy, use of washing machine and tumble drier). We have all essential shops nearby 1min walk aldi, iceland, coop, post office, pharmacy, chinese takeaway. Bus to the city centre also 1min away takes around 10min depending on traffic. Room is for single occupancy and In case of moving out we require 1 month notice. We have 3 friendly small-med dogs living in the property. However one of those is nervous around strangers so if you are not confident with dogs don't ask, as he will choose new tenant. There is no kitchen in the room if you a fan of cooking. Its unfortunately not a room for you. Room is available 28 /06 onward. Can be seen anyday, please ask to confirm. If you like it. Don't wait as genuely its being taken everytime in hours. Double bed , Netflix , al bills included . Please only encourage if you are confident with small nervous dog ( we have 3 in total ) room is in the back garden there is no kitchen.
