This beautiful three-bedroom house has a big living room, kitchen and garden. One of us is a PhD student and the other a post-doc. We have lived here for the past four years and very much consider this our home.
We have an elderly indoor cat called Pepper who loves being fussed over.
The amenities include:
• Well-furnished large bedroom with super king bed, wardrobe, desk, chairs, shelves, laundry basket etc. (Option to keep the sofa for £30)
• Good size communal living/dining room.
• Well-equipped kitchen with Gas cooker, Microwave, Fridge, and Washing machine.
• Safe area for bicycles both indoor and outdoor.
• Lovely garden with table and garden chairs to relax in.
• Fast broadband available.
• Quiet cul-de-sac location.
We are looking for a PhD student, post-doc, or working professional who is happy to share household responsibilities and would enjoy a good homely atmosphere. We very much value open communication and are happy to help each other out and spend time together.
This does not include bills or council tax. Bills are £111.66 per month per person (water gas, electricity, WIFI).
Council tax (band F) will be dependent on working/student status of new tenant. All tenants are expected to share council tax equally irrespective of student status.
The room is available from the 12th of Jan, however the move in date is flexible up to the 28th of Feb.
Street parking available - A residents parking permit will be required - £83 per year
