This beautiful three-bedroom house has a big living room, kitchen and garden. We are two PhD students (one soon to be post-doc) who have lived here for the past three years and very much consider this our home.

We have an elderly indoor cat called Pepper who loves being fussed over.

This does not include bills or council tax. Bills are £92 per month per person (water gas, electricity, WIFI). Council tax (band F) will be dependent on student status of new tenant.
