This beautiful three-bedroom house has a big living room, kitchen and garden. One of us is a PhD student and the other a post-doc. We have lived here for the past four years and very much consider this our home.

We have an elderly indoor cat called Pepper who loves being fussed over.

This does not include bills or council tax. Bills are £102 per month per person (water gas, electricity, WIFI). Council tax (band F) will be dependent on working/student status of new tenant.

The room can be available from the 12th of Jan however the move in date is flexible up to the 28th of Feb.
