Double bedroom/1-bed flat near the Science Park

I am looking for a responsible professional to rent out a double room/full 1-bed flat to in my flat in CB4 area very close to the Science Park. It is available from late September/early October 2024. The actual date can be discussed.

The monthly rent is £1000. I will also be staying in the flat from Tuesday evening until Friday evening weekly and away most weekends, half-terms and holidays. I will be living between Cambridge and another city during the next 12 months. So effectively the person renting the room will have the flat to themselves for half of the week and during most half-terms and holidays.

Utility bills (as well as the council tax) are included, except for electricity.
There is also a bicycle available for use and free parking.
