Room for rent in a three-bedroom house share in Chesterton, with a large shared living room/dining room, pleasant garden and onstreet parking. A 10 minute cycle from the city centre, 20 minute walk from Cambridge North Station, 5 minute walk to Tesco, 1 minute walk to a bus stop and 10 minute walk to the Cam Towpath. There is indoor storage for bicycles.

You would be sharing with two friendly housemates: Amber, a scientist who loves veggie cooking, weightlifting, trail-running and re-reading the entire Harry Potter series, and Helen, a dietician who enjoys baking, dance, climbing and hiking. We are happy to share meals and watch movies together, but also respect each other’s space.

The room is large enough to fit a double bed, and will be furnished with a single bed and wardrobe from the flatmate who is leaving (these are the tenants property, not the landlords).

Monthly bills are £120, including wifi, council tax, gas and electricity, and the deposit is £533. The tenancy renews annually in October. We are happy to offer zoom or in-person viewings.
