We’re looking for a new housemate to join us on a long-term basis. The room will be available from October 1st and comes partially furnished with a desk and wardrobe. There’s also an option to purchase a bed if needed.
The rent is £440 per month, with additional bills typically ranging from £160 to £200, depending on the time of year. You would be sharing the house with two friendly and laid-back professionals who are clean and quiet. We’re hoping to find a like-minded professional who is also clean and respectful. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
