A single / double room at the side of the property, in a well Kept, 4 bedroom bungalow close to Cambridge science park and north train station.

The room is unfurnished with laid wooden flooring, radiator and a window facing the side of the property. Ideally this would suit a single, however, can work with a double bed also. If preferred the room can be partly furnished with a single bed and desk.

There is ample on street parking and a driveway for one car. Bikes can be stored in the garden or in the enclosed gated side passage.

Shared kitchen, dining/living room. Bathroom will be shared with 2 other tenants (both clean and professional males).

Garden to the rear of the property with side access. (Housemates all chip in to keep the property well kept).

The rent is £575 per calendar month excluding bills. A security deposit of £525+ the first months rent will be payable in advance. The bills will vary month to month but can expect £40-£60 in the summer months and £70-£80 in the winter months.

Minimum rent term: 6months
Ideal tenant: Well kept clean and tidy professional/ student who doesn’t mind getting stuck in. The current housemates all get along and do activities together when possible. If this is not you then this will be okay as we all respect each other’s privacy.

We will hold tenant interviews when applications are made in order to ensure you are the right fit for us and we are the right housemates for you. This may either be at the property or we can meet for coffee.
