A double room , in a well Kept, 4 bedroom bungalow close to Cambridge science park and north train station.

There is ample on street parking and a driveway for one car. Bikes can be stored in the garden/shed or in the enclosed gated side passage.

Shared kitchen, dining/living room. Bathroom will be shared with 2 other tenants (both clean and professional males).

Garden to the rear of the property with side access. (Housemates all chip in to keep the property well kept).

The rent is £600 per calendar month excluding bills. A security deposit of £600 + the first months rent will be payable in advance. The bills will vary month to month but can expect £60-£80 in the summer months and £80-£100 in the winter months.

Minimum rent term: 6months
Ideal tenant: Well kept clean and tidy professional/ student who doesn’t mind getting stuck in. The current housemates all get along and do activities together when possible. If this is not you then this will be okay as we all respect each other’s privacy.

We will hold tenant interviews when applications are made in order to ensure you are the right fit for us and we are the right housemates for you.
