Double room for rent

We have a double room with twin beds for rent within Cambridge. It’s a 20 minute walk from the city centre and a two minute to the bus station. We are close to Addenbrooke’s hospital for an easy journey.

The house is owned by a couple and their son and daughter who reside in the house. All parties within the house work 9-5. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
The bills are covered in the rent price.

We are looking someone who is clean and quiet to move in. Daughter is a nurse so Addenbrooke’s staff are welcome. We do have a cat so please be mindful if allergic. There is road space for those who drive and a shared garden out the back.
