Double Room in Chesterton

Room:
Nice double room that comes furnished with bed (storage underneath), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelves.

House:
There is a large kitchen/diner, living room and garden with patio garden furniture for shared living space. Bathroom will be shared with 3 other housemates (although two are often away during some of the weekdays and weekends).
All bills are included in rent (including cleaner and gardener). Landlord also usually supplies general household consumables like toilet paper, bin bags etc etc

Housemates:
We are a very relaxed household that socialise together when possible but also are also all working professionals so kept quite busy!
Currently there are 4 of us;
Claire - works as a vet and keen gym goer!
James no 1 - solicitor who works between London and Cambridge so comes and goes a fair bit. But always keen for a drink at Thirsty’s or sourcing dinner!
James no 2 - business development manager who also spends a lot of time at the gym!
Carlos - lawyer and PHD student who is a self proclaimed LOTR geek!
