Seeking a new housemate in Cambridge!
Short version, one of my current housemates is moving out. The rest of us would like to stay in the house, so seeking a new housemates for late October/early November.
About the house:
- 4 bedrooms, shared bathroom, one double room, one single room, one single en suite. Unfurnished, but current furniture available to buy from current tenant
- Rent is currently approx £550/month plus council tax + utilities
- Location west Chesterton, CB4
- Council tax band D (I think...)
Ideal housemates: clean and reasonably quiet! Ideally young professional women (~25-35), no students.
